I've been away for a while, i got into Film School, very busy schedule, i've met some amazing people, dedicated and gifted, i worked on a few short films experiments and did some of my own. I really believe this is what i want. I've postponed the work on S3RAPH, because of the workload i have at the university, but i will make time to develop and release the short animation. I miss the times when i was going around in circles throwing ideas around for my projects. Good thing with those "projects folders" in my head, the ideas and concepts are still there. Hopefully things will come back to normal soon. All the best!

We're working on a new version of our website, that will be out very soon. My brother is working on the css and the layout implementation, i transferred all films to 720p rez. Putting together all films i discovered a couple of collaborations that i didn't include in my filmography before. One of them is ALIENation, a collaboration with Vfx guru Octavian Ureche and animator Veroniki Korakidou, while we were all attending the TranSistor Vfx workshop in Karlovy Vary/Prague back in 2007. The short film was a WIP and wasn't released, being part of the workshop, but an excerpt will appear in the new DP reel that i'm working on. Another film that is missing, is my diploma animation that suffered an accident and i will have to re-do it from scratch. As WIP projects, i've got back to the animation project i started a few months back. The production deadline is March 2012. More details will follow in the coming months.

I did posters for all my films, a nice walk on memory lane, covering events between 2002 and 2010. Also the animation project is slowly but surely coming along and it seems there are even new projects stacked up at my door. Future is closer then i think.

I seem to forget that last year has been so important. Being cutoff from your life makes one question everything, and at the same time miss everything. Friends, family, projects you might have, seasons. One thing it does, it gives you all the time in the world to think about what you had, about things you didn't do and the ones you should have. A whole revamp of your mind. I've started working on another project, an animation short film this time (it seems so long since i did my last). I also started picking up new software that will change my workflow from here on, hopefully making it lighter and more productive. I keep meaning to finish what i started earlier last year and i will. It's march already. God.

It's been a while since i've opened them creatively, and i feel i've been holding out on a lot of things. I took a moment to breathe and reconnect with my mind and body. And one year went away. Decided to work on a small promotional material for Hollow Cube Films. Just a couple of slides from all of my films, arranged as film contact prints (don't know if they still have that today, but it used to be big when i was at the University). Some wallpapers and Id cards will follow soon. Also i will go back to The Detention Experiment (given that i never got a chance to finish this project) and try to get it together again (some of my project files got lost in translation, so i have to redo the rough cut). But i'm really looking forward to wrapping up the film, mainly because it was a great adventure to begin with, the crew, the actors, to be able to shoot it the way we did and the energy that went in it, i think it deserves a proper ending. I've got some more projects lined up but they're still in the sketch stage so at this point they will remain static. Will be back soon with more news.

I've been going through some personal things lately, just internal marketing or self explanatory investigation. I'm in Germany at the moment going through some recovery work. Things are clearer this time around, the way they should have been a long time ago. I need them to be clear. For the second time in my life i know what i want. I've started to lend my ideas and concepts to COSMOS, which is a new project i started working on, involving cyberspace, love and mysteries. Did my take on a poster for a contest on Back to Frank Black website, for a future installment of a Chris Carter Millennium movie, spent some hours happy and retouching. Sometime this year work on SOLACE will be definitively imperative. EXPERIMENT as well. Just sorting things as they come right now. I'm looking for a job. More news soon.

I did some comparisons between the previz (ANTICS 3D was used) and the final film for director Christian Raymond. Actors: Patricia Boaru and Alexandru Popa. I'm still working on the final look for the film shots, some of them have a bit more noise than i've anticipated.

3rd Layer wrap up

Just finished editing the footage for our "3rd Layer" sequences. On location i had some problems with lighting (this being a night shoot) but it all worked out in the end. It was shot in Cluj and the two actors, Alex and Patricia performed admirably. Even if everybody was tired we wrapped up the shoot, in under 3 hours (set dressing, wardrobe, read through, testing the lights and everything else). Here are 2 shots from the sequences. more images soon.

Been spending all my time doing visual FX for IMPRINTS, the film we shot last year in Sighisoara. Nothing much else, next project is waiting on the shelf. Hopefully sometime next month we can release IMPRINT, that is if we can wrap up the last part of the film (surprise). Contemplating the future skin

Been thinking about things i still need to do, shelved away on a piece of paper or a folder, keeping them safe or just away for a while. Time always seems to flow differently than what you would expect. It's always very strange to see which one of the projects ends up getting made, strange because i find that usually they have a mind of their own. Finished editing the PHD and the printed version looks really well (been working on it for almost 6 months), started to work on the film we shot last year in Sighisoara with Christian. We are cleaning the cut and breaking the shots for post production. Will post something new soon. And it looks like there are a few more shots to shoot. Vlad is doing the soundtrack as usual :) and i'm really happy about that. Night between the years will be spent working and with a bit of luck theres more good things to come. The time is now!

I remember listening to his Thriller album, back when i was a kid and thinking that this was truly a great man. Everything else (music wise) that followed put him higher and higher, transforming him into an ICON and GOD. The media became insane with any MJ trinkets or news. Last night i head about his death and i feel he left this world thinking he still had to do a WHOLE LOT. His work remains open and present. He was my hero and i'm going to miss him terribly. Rest in peace King of Pop, Godspeed Michael Jackson wherever you are.

Just got home after 3 wonderful weeks in Sighisoara, where i was with screenwriter & director Christian Raymond on an Artslink Project. We did quite a lot of things, mainly a film workshop and a couple of short films with students from the community. We also shot a fiction short film and we had a great cast, crew and locations. I'm really hyped about the project. More details very soon. Things to be done: hopefully the rough cut of the film will be done by next week, more work on the Detention Experiment, monster wise :), DITASOT screenplay, notes on Solstice, and a whole lot more. Seems like a mess, but i'm sure it will be interesting. Peace.

I've spent almost one week with my friend Alex Popa, working on a comic book idea and screenplay. For now it's called DITASOT, and it's a steam-punk epic adventure of two characters in a world full of perils and radiation. He did some amazing concepts for the characters, i will put them up when it's time. We've delved deep in the story and hopefully when it's done the first issue will be published. He's a really talented graphic artist and has a very special way of drawing. More to come soon.

Skimming the fat or learning to fly? With the help of my friends Zio and Alex, i managed to create the MONSTERS. The feeling look is finally what i wanted. There's modeling to be done, and rigging and animations. Hopefully i will get some more help there. Pre-production work started on the DITASOT (working title) and it will continue in the next weeks, i started to lay all ideas down and i have been trying to figure out what and who. The project i'm doing with Christian and the Veritas Foundation in Sighisoara is slowly taking form. I am really looking forward to the workshops and the shooting. There are a whole lot of things on my mind right now, but i'll just say that i am planning to write and act. The future is here. What color is it?

This past week i've been hammering down a few effects for a video collaboration that i did with artist Roger Colombik for an art event in Boston, called Here There and Everywhere: Anticipating the Art for the Future. The piece is called PRAYER FOR SAKARTVELO and it's a visual installation about Georgia, it's cultural heritage, ideas and impressions. It was a really fun job and i enjoyed it a lot. The piece is spilt in 5 parts and it's built on Roger's writings about Georgia, it has even his voice over. I will try to upload it somewhere soon. On the other front, i'm hoping to finalize the looking feel of (THE BIG MOMMA) monster for TDE and to get the pacing for the whole edit. I'll have to get some help from some friends but this is something where i really thing that their insight will truly work wonders. I've also been trying to put down a few thought for DITASOT (and i did, i might have to change the name it's becoming kinda LONOOOOOOOG) but there's more work to be done, to make it great. Pretty much all for now, it's been slow these past few months. More good news hopefully in the next weeks. Stay busy! Peace.

New Year 2009
Just now as i drank from the cup of plenty, my life seems to be shaping somewhat mysteriously bizarre into what i have always wanted it to become, a road, a way to find answers and maybe to touch some people along the way. I have met an angeL and the ghost is almost gone now. She is smiling down on me every day, i find myself compelled to fly to her. Work on SOLSTICE still stagnates, and the visual effects for THE DETENTION EXPERIMENT are on their way. I hope they will work great with the film. I'm helping the General with his PHD and for a while i will be legless. The raven is far away and i miss him, no time to look back now, its almost one year. ITVT glows on the horizon and ALTERED BARBIE keeps growing, i hope i will have hours to crop of something presentable. I miss my friends back in the States, hopefully i will see them soon. I also have grown quite attached to my friends at the ARTSLINK and all the ARSTLINK fellows. Updates coming soon. SOLSTICE will take the better part of January and by end February i hope for a release. TDE will have to be in time so i'm not expectin any delays. Big plans for a new year, angeL Love, learn to breathe and rest in her arms. Peace!

Legacy of the platipuss and the stretching of the hare

Been trying to stay afloat after my trip back to Romania. Coming back to a place is always troubling to me, maybe because I don't really see it as coming back; it's more as a change of heart than a change of place. I've got to take a few moments to breathe, to stretch and to rejoice. The trip to the US, New York and especially Austin was a life changing experience for me, meeting special people and finding common feelings and thoughts, really made me see a totally different America. I've had thoughts about US for a long time and I’m so glad I got the opportunity to make that dream come true. I still have a few issues here that tie or untie me, but I can't wait to go back. The wings grew until they reached the clouds and as I watched the planes and the stars fall into their place, I floated up into space and was complete, I had met my ghost.

WOW! This weekend i got the chance to work with some amazing people on a short film. Christian helped me to shape the screenplay into the shooting script i finally shot. I worked with Jessie Tilton and Jonny Stranger, two talented, dedicated, clever, funny, driven actors and wonderful people. I also had the greatest crew of friends from Austin Films Society (filmmakers themselves) who helped a lot with the production. Thanks a lot for everybody's effort and input. I am honored to have worked with you on SOLSTICE. I have a really great feel about this. Looking forward for our next collaboration. THANKS to Christian, Jessie, Jonny, Brian, Danielle, Rachel, Jeanette, Eric, Mike and all the great people at the AFS. All the photo credits go to Jonny. During the Moon Cycles

Sorry for this tardy post, i was really busy this weekend. Last week we planned The Detension Experiment with Christian and we got to shoot it Wendsday and Thursday at the Reagan High with the students there. The whole experience was great and the students really got into it, the actors and the crew. A group of students from the Film Program at the UT, visited AFS and Christian was a great host and took everybody on a "tour" around the facilities and the amazing studio space at the Austin Films Society. Later in the week i had the honor to visit Troublemaker Studios with Christian and Chale. I had the pleasure to meet with brilliant Visual FX and Concept Artist Alex Toader, he has worked on various feature films like Spy Kids, Sin City, The Adventures of Shark Boy and Lava Girl 3D, Grindhouse. The visit at Troublemaker Studios just felt surreal and amazing. Really talented artists doing what they love. On another note, we're getting ready to film a small project this weekend, a drama that I've been working with Christian on for a couple of weeks. I have big, big hopes for it. I've just met Jessie Tilton and i think she will be perfect for the role of Nora, one of the lead characters in the film. I've seen her in a short film called "Closing Night" and she was really moving in it. Jonny Stranger is going to be the lead male, he is just a great guy and a driven filmmaker. Hope everything works right. :D

The future is Glowing

Have been working with Christian Raymond on the short film we plan to make at the Reagan High School. The development is going great, the pre-production transforms a lot of ideas and we're hoping to be shooting it very soon. The actors seem really into it and want to even make a sequel. I've been writing my own screenplay as a secondary project and Christian has been helping me a lot with ideas and finding the right shape. I'm honored to be working with him throughout this production. I'm looking for a special lead actress for my film. I want to shoot it next weekend. Jonny Stranger plays the male lead role and he's just an amazing director and actor. It's just a great opportunity to be here in Austin at the Film Society, such wonderful people and devoted to their projects in promoting young filmmakers and screenwriters, creating a great environment for the community to participate in. It's just amazing.

Had a wonderful time at Roger's and Jerry's place again this weekend, just a wonderful collaboration, some great ideas going into the project we're developing. I'm just having a great time, meeting people, writing, helping and just enjoying my time here.

Tonight i witnessed a piece of history. I was with my friends, Chale, Christian and his wife Andreea at their lovely house, and i was really surprised how different this election was from all the others and from all presidential elections in Romania. It was like history was revealing in front of my eyes, as on all programs Barack Obama got elected as the first African American President of the United States. This came so naturally. A new page in the great history of this country. Legendary.

Halloween night was awesome. Thanks to Chale we got to see SWEENEY TODD the play at the Paramount. I wanted to see it for so long now. It was amazing, the actors were singers and they all played instruments at the same time. The stage looked impressive and everything felt so real. It was like i was in the middle of Fleet St. Really surreal experience. After that we went to see the parade on 6th Street, which was sumptuous and scarry. I think all Austin showed up. People were swarming from all directions and wearing some of the greatest or weirdest costumes i've seen. We stood in the middle of them and it seemed we were traveling through time, as all the characters from comics, films, books and all things imagined by human mind passed by us.

Just a wonderful night.

Finding a river to swim

Today we got our first casting with the students from the high school where we plan to shoot the short film. It was great. Hopefully tomorrow we will get to audition more students.

So this night was very special for me, i got to screen my films at the Austin Film Society in front of an audience. It was amazing, i got to see the film with totally different eyes, and the Q&As made me really glad, different perspectives and views of what my films bring out to light. Hopefully not just darkness. A BIG BIG thanks to Chale, Christian (for everything they do), and everybody at the Austin Film Society who made this possible, to Roger and Jerry and to everybody who came to see my films. THANKS!!!!

Little Stolen Moments and The Wiz

Last night i went to see another one of Austin Film Society's classic films at the Alamo, "Death takes a holiday", a black and white dark humor comedy, that i really liked. After that I went with Chale at the Ritz where "The Wiz" was showing, a very intriguing and quirky musical version of the Wizard of Oz with Diana Ross and Michael Jackson as cast. During the film a group of performers and dancers "Little Stolen Moments" mixed the style of the film and went the whole way, they got on stage, sang and danced. Awesome.

Thriller, Manuel's and AUGUST EVENING

Spent most of the day with my friend Chale, having just a great time. We went to the park and witnessed 880 people dressed as zombies and ghouls dancing to Michael Jackson's Thriller (for the worldwide dancing Guiness Book record) , which was really intense, i mean some of them really looked like real zombies. After that went for some mexican enchiladas at Manuel's (really nice place, and the food is just yummie), and in the evening we saw a wonderful film called AUGUST EVENING by Chris Eska, which i totally loved. It was one of those great full days, and i love when life gets like this.

Charlie Kaufman and Synecdoche, NY

Tonight i was blown away by the amount of Charlie Kaufman in a Charlie Kaufman movie. Somehow he has been able to keep all the quirkiness and paradigms that he used in previous screenplays like Adaptation, Being John Malkovitch and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I mean the characters felt really powerful (i think i fell in love with two of the female characters he depicted) and had a wonderful life of their own. The atmosphere throughout all the film was that of a stage within a stage, within a stage, which i totally like. To some degree the movie felt like a very strange allegory (flashback to Michel Gondry's music video BJÖRK - BACHELORETTE) because at one point even the stand in had a stand in and its stand in had a stand in. But i found it really amazing, this being Charlie Kaufman's directorial debut as well.

Way to go Mr. Kaufman

Visited the screening facility at The Austin Film Society and it's just a great place to watch films. Had a talk with Christian about the screenplay he is writing, and it's turning to be such a great opportunity for the project we want to do with the students. I'm working on a few storyboard shots, that we'll eventually get to use when we shoot. I'm really excited about all this.

There's so much more to this life than gold and glamour. So many things get lost in our crazy ride from one thing to another.

Last night i saw a wonderful documentary called The Order of Myths by Margaret Brown that really struck me as a beautiful time piece. It's main focus was the Mardi Gras Festival they hold in Mobile, Alabama every year, about the mystic societies and it's people, stories of life and historical facts. It spoke about the segregation issue and about the fact that as much as things change some things will stay the same, people conception might change but the history always makes us consider our past.

There are things you come upon every minute, and i mean minuscule things, its like this universe we make for ourselves is only a shell, a cocoon to protect us from things going on outside. What happens when we get out of the cocoon? How do the external stimuli affect us every day from that moment on?

I find that's so much that is left unsaid about our society and about the way we make our life work.

Here i meet a lot of people everyday that are familiar, there's this feeling of a family i had left long ago. And everybody is connected in some way which i think it's just amazing.

Reminds me a lot of my small home town where people know each other, and there's a really tight community that you feel included in and inadvertently you take part to events that make you part of it.

John August, Danny Boyle and other panels

Been attending the panels at the AFF, screenwriting and filmmaking. Spoke briefly with John August (screenwriter of BIG FISH, CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY, CORPSE BRIDE) and also talked with Danny Boyle (director of TRAINSPOTTING, THE BEACH, 28 DAYS LATER, SUNSHINE). I was really honored i got to attend their panels, they are great and professional at what they do.

Got again into STARBUCKS today and met with a wonderful screenplay writer from Boston, Sandra Weintraub. Had a lovely chat about Romania and our history.

The Austin Film Festival it's the perfect place to meet people in the industry, everything happens very fast and almost a surprise, it's really an amazing place to be in.

Ate some Thai food today, PRA-RHAM. Sweeeeet.

Also added some photos from the karaoke party from yesterday. A LOST IN TRANSLATION flashback from some reason. Really fun.

So i'm here, the filmmaker's country, so rich and filled with opportunities. Thanks a lot to the CEC Artslink and the the Austin Film Society for this immense opportunity of exploring and being part of their community of artists and filmmakers.

Strolling into STARBUCKS, seems i've been doing this forever. Later had lunch, NYC chicken, pretty burnt or well done. Not a big fan.

Will have to find a new place to eat tomorrow at.

We visited the amazing Museum Of Modern Arts, and we had a blast. Duchamp near, Picasso, Rauschenberg, Pollock, Miro, Brancusi and many more. So cool to have the chance to see them all together.

In the afternoon we toured a few art galleries in Soho and in the Village. Some of the wacky and interesting art i've ever seen.

P.S. This entry was inteded for 14 october, but i was so tired so i didn't get to write it then, enjoy.

I feel so free here, no matter what, it's like i've always been living here, i know it's sounds strange, but its true.

Ahhh. The city i dreamt about, which is really amazing. Everything moves here faster than the speed of sound, people work, live, cry and die on these streets. I feel like i've come home after a long long trip. All the other artists are great, everyone special, just like sort of a community of people. They are each good at something.

Will write more soon i promise. Here its 0:30 and in Romania its almost 7:30 AM, so gotta get some sleep in me if you know what i mean.

Last night I attendend the romanian short film competition and was surprised by numbers. The public and creations. Most of them were funny or looking for a way out which I find is really envigorating. Not so much to the idea or concept behind them but hey, we're still new at this. Right? Well maybe not but still last night showed some potential. My film passed as a subersive piece I think, people around me kept asking to what point does Barbie really has feelings, I mean she's a f**king doll.

And then as a steamer came in Bill Plympton's IDIOTS AND ANGELS, which really rocked the house. Fabulous imagery and great idea, for this gem. The room was packed anyway.

Way to go Donny!!

Well I'm here for a week of great animations. I've been preparing for the "premiere" of Breath on Romanian soil :), I'm wondering how is the public going to react to it. I can imagine anway. Spoke to Raymond about my time spent in Austin, there's some major and greatwork there, just to be involved into the process of creation it's a dream come true. Money on the 13 I'm flying to Frankfurt and then to New York. The culmination of my work I might say, but anyway that's just one POV.

Well

It's almost overwhelming. The last three days i've been "touring" Bucharest for some issues i had previously caused :D. I never ask for much but sometimes it seems i get a whole lot more and i can't deal with it. It's not that i don't want to, it's just my brain is pretty fixed on a schedule i think. LOL. So here goes.

I got the visa for the CEC Artslink Residency. The word of the day is HYPED, of FRENZY if you want. I feel my wings have just opened and they continue unfolding still. So many good things have happened this past year that i feel i won't have time to take it all in.

They gave me a 10 years pass through their land so, i will do just that. Looks like i did it faster than i was anticipating it and actually i did used my sneakers to get there :P.

Still have other projects on the shelf, wonder how many will stay there and which one will come down and actually into production.

Writing a draft that i want to work on while i will be in Texas, hopefully i will get to the bottom of this sooner than later. Still have 2 website to finish and the new version of DITASOT is in processing mode. Had a new idea for a film that will take about a year to write i think but that's ok. We have all the time in the world as David Arnold and Iggy Pop put it.

Not much else right now. I feel that this moment in time is only possible because i met along the way a lot of people that helped me go through stuff in my life that i didn't understand or feared. Thank you all for everything.

Well, i like to think that this is as far as i wanted to go, and that the final result smiles at me with envy and hope. After a desperate night i woke up to a great surprise in a long time. The render actually worked. :D. So i can say that i am happy, truly happy with this. Somehow all my troubles and pains started to fade at the sight of this. Of course Vlad had a major part to play in all this and i thank him, his music makes it all fall into place. He's a real pro. It's been almost one month of sleepless nights and questions, and i still can't grasp the fact that it's done. Finished. BREATH is finished. There's time for some life now if you don't mind, and i think that's just what i'm gonna do. Still have their websites to work on and surprise, surprise, Alexandru Popa is getting seriously into comics, and he's planning to use one of my "babies" :D. I'm excited. And in about two weeks i'll have a new companion to keep me warm in the long nights. Until then, keep the wings buzzing and never stop, it really matters! Peace.

Well, it's been a full month you could say, the trip to Paris and to Munich and the pre-production of my newest short film, Breath (2008). It's going to take a few days until the film will be ready. The screenplay is based loosely on last year's "Excerpt" (2007). More screen shots from the production there in time and space. Other than that the word spreads about my trip and i start to think about plans :). Resurrect thyself.

So it seems two of my films, TRACE AND SHADOW and GLOW will be screening at the "THINGS TO COME" A Sci-Fi Film & Music Festival in New York on 27th of April. Festival organized by LOOKpresets.com and Capital Media Arts, Inc. I'm really happy, TRACE AND SHADOW is also the film i did for my Masters Diploma. It stars my brother and its a story about a technician who is tied to an informational system called THE DREAM. He is monitoring it. The system begins to feed on his body and mind, and there is only one form of escape. Really good news indeed. In the next few weeks i hope i will have some more good news, so will let you know then. Keep the ear to the grass and feel the winds coming.

It's finally here, that bugger, i had some thoughts of angst but they all vanished eventually. So my latest short film is finished and ready for the release. i will consider a website update or a youtube short show and tell. The antics one didn't make it, still might have potential as a project. Have to start writing again. I need a good , no a great story. The one i had kinda developed into something else, i might have to consider continuing Near Cosmos and to the left. Will see. Relativity spreads malcontent.

Been having some problems with my computer, and that sadly has delayed the release of I HAVE NO MOUTH. Here are a few shots that made it. Still conflicted situation with the GROMMOL character, the one that represents the pain and abyss of the human heart. The CG part is going to have the same feeling as the Flashbacks had back in GLOW. Will keep you posted how this develops. PI EKKA EI.

It's been a week already since i started working on this film. It's a thriller/horror short film that i'm doing for the Tv of Tomorrow event of this year. It's the story of a man who isolates himself so bad from the world he's living in that he can't reconnect with the real world anymore. He lives in his apartment locked away from prying eyes, only with his TV. The evident need to communicate makes him try something foolish. He enters the TV world. The ending is a surprise, i will have the film available by july or august 2008. In other projects, i'm still working on the small script for the MEDICAL ISSUE by Antics and hopefully will make the deadline. Things have been pretty good lately, job and life i could say, been figuring out why and where i should go next. I don’t have an answer yet. Pommes de terre all over the asiette. MMMM. Laterz.

Been working like crazy these past few weeks on three short little films :P. One for the Antics contest, another for the TV of Tomorrow Show in San Francisco and the last for the Altered Barbie event. Been thinking about writing and about how to convey the exact emotion to the characters. I'm seeing some camerawork workshop that's really helpful. Not much else, life fades away slowly leaving empty spaces and memories lying around on the dry floor. Au bord de Seine je me promenne sur la voix ferre...

big plans. big plans for 2008. let's see just a few. one sci-fi short for the TV of TOMORROW Show. two more to continue the "saga" of Barbie and to uncover the actual facts that lead her to the accident. HOOK glows near the horizon. One screenplay for a feature film by end of september. not to mention the need for art, and the eventual "death" of some small projects i will have to abandon along the way. so in one word [busy]. I hope i can make most of them and a few more. planning always suits me, still the world is made from flesh and you can't predict flesh. so we'll just see. Peace and tranquility in this dark times.

Time is empty. I'm hungry for life. I've been trying to put together a small dialogue sketch for a future screenplay. Another one. My light fades. Today in Bistrita there's a collective exhibition that has two of my photos, blown up (mesh style). Writing has been inaccessible for a while now, it's like i have lost my train of thought. People around me getting married, learning to love and getting licenses for life. I'm caught between the pages of "my" screenplay. The screenplay i have to write, funny enough is about me. That's gotta be fucked up. I don't think i can write it though, i'm to close to this and i can't see myself tomorrow. How will i be, where will i be, so i guess theres no script about me. McKee says that you should write about what you love, and story and drama will find a way. That is if i knew how to write... I'm planning to send GLOW to two more festivals, who knows. Still it's a long shot. But this past year i've been doing a lot more than just sending DVDs to festivals so i guess i'll keep doing this for a while. Best wishes, another lonely Christmas and another passive new year filled with hopes that will eventually die towards the next year's end, that is if we are still here. Peace.
